Velsain does not sell personal information for money. Affiliate links may direct you to third-party websites that use their own tracking technologies and privacy practices.

These may include Vercel, Supabase, and Resend, depending on the feature being used. Information handled by those providers is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

7. Journal photographs and stories

Client photographs, written stories, names, captions, or identifying details will not be intentionally published in the Velsain Journal without permission. Submission of material does not guarantee publication. You may request that unpublished material be deleted, or that published material be reviewed for removal, by contacting Velsain.

Please do not submit photographs or personal information belonging to another person unless you have authority and permission to do so.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. You may also ask questions about how your information has been used or shared.

Velsain may retain information when required by law, needed to complete a requested transaction, necessary to protect rights or security, or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

9. Children and international visitors

The website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Velsain does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the website. An adult should communicate on behalf of a minor traveler.

The website is operated from the United States. Information submitted from another country may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
